Prep Time: 10 mins | Cook Time: 5 mins | Total Time: 15 mins | Yields: 6 rolls
Ingredients:
- 6 slices of bread
- ¼ cup shredded Amul cheese
- ¼ cup shredded/grated paneer
- ¼ cup finely chopped cilantro
- ¼ cup finely chopped green bell pepper
- ¼ cup sweet corn Kernels (thawed)
- 1 finely chopped green Thai chili (or lavingya marcha)
- 1 Tbsp butter
- ¼ cup garlic chutney
- 1 tbsp crushed black pepper
- Salt to taste
Directions:
- Mix the shredded cheese, paneer, bell peppers, green chilis, cilantro, corn, salt, and pepper and keep aside
- Now take a slice of bread, cut the sides and flatten the bread with the help of a rolling pin. Repeat the step for all the slices.
- Spread the garlic chutney on the bread and put a spoonful of the mixture on it. Roll the bread and seal the end. Repeat the step for all the slices.
- Heat a pan and add butter. Once the butter melts, place the rolls in the pan (sealed side down) Cook till the rolls are golden brown.
- Transfer on a serving platter and enjoy them with Ketchup or mayo or even ranch dressing! 🙂
Notes:
- I used Amul cheese, butter, and malai paneer. Yeah!! I am Amul lover. 🙂
- For the garlic chutney, I used Thetcha (made it to spreading consistency)
- You can adjust the amount of green chili based on your spice level.
