BHEL SANDWICH
This recipe took me back to my college days. My college was in the Juhu Vile Parle area and every time we bunked classes, we tried different places and food. There was this sandwich wala near Irla market who was famous for his Bhel sandwich. I tried this recipe at home and it just came out like the one we used to eat at the sandwich wala. This is a quick and easy recipe and I am sure you all will love it. Please don’t forget to tag me @spizerita when you make them. 🙂

- For Sandwich masala, I used the Sandwizza brand. You can use chaat masala or any other sandwich masala.
- I used white sandwich bread, but you can use any kind of your choice.
- The hand toaster I used is from India. This is used on a gas stove. You can use an electric sandwich toaster or Panini press as well.
